This umbrella arrived on time however it has 2 large cuts in it from a box cutter. It arrived on Saturday and I immediately emailed them, knowing that they weren’t open til Monday at 10am. All I have received is automated emails. I called and left a msg. I got a email at 530 last night asking for pic of the original tag. I sent it with in a couple mins. So far no reply from OEM cycle it’s now Wednesday . Terrible customer service!!!
