Not sure if ... “Overall excellent, someone has backed the narrow waistband with a band, which looks ok. Not sure if the original waistband was removed or if it only had the narrow binding around the top edge. When they stitched this backing on, the loops to hang the skirt up were left out and needs to be tucked into the waistband or they will show. Also, the hooks and eyes were sewn on the outside of the skirt vs. the inside, which looks ok. There are tucks sewn to make the skirt smaller, they are appx. 1 inch tucks so released, you could get appx. 40 more inches in the waistband if needed.”
