I ordered this cable on a Thursday afternoon at 3:00 and these guys could not send it out by Friday afternoon, so with that it was not sent out until Monday afternoon. So, 4 days down and the snail mail was no help at all with the seller and usps trying to find out what happened to the cable. So finally got it two and a half weeks later. So, with that, nothing like taking the bike off the rack so I could put another one on to work on.
