Both OEM Apple iPad Camera Connection Kits (yes, they are legitimate Apple products) arrived very quickly, and work perfectly on my 2nd gen iPad with the "ancient" 30-pin connector and iPad OS 9.3.5. It may also work with the iPhone 4 and 4S.
If you get a message that says something like "This device uses too much power" while using the USB adapter, you can buy a powered USB hub. Even at USB 1.1 speeds, my old RadioShack powered USB hub works great with the iPad Camera Connection Kit.

Awesome deal! To be honest I spent maybe 6 hours troubleshooting the PCB when I came to the realization, there was a tiny piece of copper stuck in the one connect port, which caused the fault. Once removed it has been working perfectly! Thank you!
