Thought that it came with a protector, as there was one on the card in the pictures. I feel as though that was a bait move to get the product sold but not deliver with the protector like in the pictures. Be careful won't be doing business with them again. Item also arrived with soft corners due to being wrapped to tight with bubble wrap causing damage.

In my listing, it clearly says that I will include a protector IF I HAVE ONE AVAILABLE. I did not have one available unfortunately for this particular sale. If the seller was unhappy with the item or the condition of the item, he could have easily opened a return request and I would have taken a return and provided a full refund. I was never notified of any damage, or shown any photos of any damage. Really unprofessional to leave a neutral feedback in this situation.
