The actual game was not brand new sealed. The rest of the contents were and I understand the box had to be opened to show the contents but not disclosing that the game was opened was not appropriate. I bought PSP Ikki Tousen Eloquent Fist Limited BOX Version from a Japanese seller and the game was sealed. Unless this seller bought it as is and didn't realize it, since they say they don't accept returns I'm going to go though Ebay and see what they can do for me.
