Absolutely shocking customer service after getting a used part advertised as new and unused. When return was initiated they did not take responsibility in admitting it was a used part with dirty finger prints on it and scratches. I asked for compensation for wasting my time and efforts as I had to wait longer as Royal Mail flagged it as damaged early on in its journey. The parts were not packaged well and they refused compensation saying they don't compensate customers, do not buy from them!
