Buyer never contacted us letting us know they had not received there item. I do not understand why buyers leave negative feedback before contacting the seller to let them know there is a problem. If we know there is a problem we will solve it. We just need to be contacted to be made aware of the problem. The buyer still has not contacted us we only knew of the problem by seeing the feedback. We have since contacted the buyer to solve the problem. Please contact us if there is a problem.
