Poor quality bendy metal switch puller that bends out of shape too easily. Waste of money. Better to get the wire dual purpose wire types instead (one end to remove keycaps, the other to pull switches). Slow delivery.

We feel the product quality is appropriate to the £2.98 price tag, and had no complaints from previous customers. The switch puller is indeed designed to be bent for the purpose, and can be bent back into shape.
