Seller was great, answered questions quickly. Package arrived in New York in ten business days; unfortunately, it was then in the hands of the United States Postal Service for nearly four weeks, bouncing around the country until it was lost (they blamed the seller). Two complaints to USPS later, it finally arrived. The adapter works great. For anyone in Europe wondering why Americans don't have social healthcare, look at the USPS and Amtrak and you'll understand why.
