I felt the company was very poor in refunding my money.I am still waiting for my refund even though I proved I have returned items. Apparently they say its ebay policy not to refund money if they havent received item. I have sent them a post office receipt to prove its been sent. I feel total rip off. I explained when wanting to return items the return was not working. They want me to click to return an item I have already returned. very poor customer service, not good for ebay
