The box was a little torn when it arrived but I think that happened during shipping, nothing inside was damages. The seat is a little low for me, I have problems w/ my knees when standing but the seat is big enough so I can use a small pillow to sit a little higher. Folding the chair was surprisingly easy, I just grabbed the seat in the middle front and back and lifted.
