I guess I didn’t expect much quality for the price but the picture of the hat looked cute but not so much in real life ALSO I could NOT believe how it was packaged! For almost $5 it was in some slip-shod taped up piece of paper! It was beyond ridiculous. I suggest you quit while you’re ahead. SMH!

I have sold alot of little hats and never had a complaint like yours, it was well packaged and in a water proof packing for more protection, I don't know what you expected except you may have had a bad day and needed someone to take it out on. I will pray for you...
