Purchased the top arrived in time but it was damaged the butterflies some broken some in wrong place so I msgd them was offered a partial refund no i either wanted a full refund inc the postage or a new one sent they won't do either and now just say item was delivered. Brilliant top but too large for myself. I contacted the seller to inform them that I wanted to send the top back. After sending the top back inorder to get a refund, the communication was so poor from the seller that most emails in reply to my questions didn't make sense. After handing this over to my banks investigation section, I finally received my refund. Please make sure you are happy with size before ordering item
