I'm very sorry you are disappointed that the sale had to be cancelled. Unfortunately both companies I utilize for int'l shipping (Chit Chats/Sendle) do not currently provide tracked & insured services to some countries including Czechia. Unfortunately Ebay requires that I ship tracked & Insured to qualify for seller's protection. Had this been a small value of $20 I might have just sent it in hopes it would arrive safely, however with such a high value, i simply could not accept the liability.
