For example, the seller took amazing pictures, and I could see what kind of wear and tear I was getting into. But, when she arrived, her earring was stuck in her hair and the post was half snapped off, so the earring doesn’t fit right. Not a big deal, but it’s something I would have liked to have known considering that the pictures made it look completely fine.
