"New Item" that was supposed to arrive by "April 22th-28th". Ordered and Paid March 30th. Was shipped on may 3rd. Received May 12th. (Thanks, but really not on time). The cover box is broken (missing plastic) and cracked at several places (see pictures). The car has been run and not brand new (Factory Seals broken, braids are used and not in factory form and Minimal tire wear (see pictures).
The shell is clean but clearly this car has been run on a track, maybe to test it ? Was not brand new.

The Item was listed as New, Open Box not Brand New. Secondly, it was shipped Internationally via eBay Global shipping. It was shipped on time but was delayed.
