Weeks have passed since purchase. Informed seller that the boots have not arrived yet. She apologized that she sent the boots to wrong address, would correct the error and I to expect the books within 5-7 days. To date, I still have yet to receive the item. Requesting a full refund of the purchase price immediately as I have less that a week to find another pair to wear to my son’s graduation ceremony. Very poor communication, no follow up and still no boots from seller. Pathetic.
