I don't remember 1 email to let me know. I test the games, but playing a whole game to test save features is more than I can do with the number of games I get (and not every game has one). I understand the disappoint, but no contact, no request to return, no chance at all to make it right. I'd rather refund and lose the money than the feedback, but buyer gives no chance, won't deal with again.
