Seller sent me a supposedly new item, but the item was clearly opened. The box was damaged and the figure had been used. I asked the seller about this and he claims he opened the box to put an invoice inside. An invoice that is not needed and serves no purpose, you supposedly opened a $500 figure to just place it in. Be careful, you may not be aware because you do not know what to look for, but I do. Having purchased several rare figures from Hot Toys and Asmus I know how these boxes look new.

All items sold in our store are new. The buyer is disgruntled because we wouldn't honor his request for a partial refund. You paid for a new item that seems to have gotten damaged in transit (looks to have gotten wet). You claim has a manufacturer defect and doesn't appear to you to be new, but all you want is a partial refund. We requested from the start for the buyer to send the item back for a full refund. He's finally shipping the item back and we'll refund his purchase.
