Hello, we see the first package was lost by the shipper, and we certainly apologize for that. We shipped a new package and filed a loss claim with the shipper for the first package. The second package shows delivered. We shipped immediately, but unfortunately, the shippers occasionally lose packages or get stolen. Please consider revising the negative rating, as it hurts us badly, and we shipped right away. We also have to wait about 6 weeks to get compensated for the first package.
