The item was described as “satin silk”. I asked the seller if it was “100% silk”and they said “yes”. I bought it and received it quickly. I realized it was NOT silk. The seller was upfront and agreeable about reimbursement. I am disappointed about the kaftan but was relieved about refund process and ease of communication with both the seller and eBay.
