Motherboards were not tested, and all did not work when they arrived. Instead of giving a full refund, given that we also paid customs duties this side without working motherboards, the seller refunded us some of our money back. Items should have been described as untested and may not work. This way we would have known what we were getting ourselves into. But a description of just USED is misleading as we expect working items with scratches or shorter lifespan. Not ones that do not even turn on.
