Bought this item 5/8 was not shipped till I opened a case with eBay on 5/20. The shipping label was created earlier, but it was never dropped off. No communication, no explanation, no apology. Then I was rushed to watch it & couldn’t enjoy it, because my case would auto close & I needed to ensure I wasn’t sent a dud. I did receive the item and I wouldn’t have minded waiting if this had been handled differently.
