The smith assured me that he would make me happy with this custom order and that hasn’t been the case. I practically begged him to make sure the tang wouldn’t break and he assured me that it would be full tang. It definitely isn’t. It’s a welded rat tail. I can’t believe it happened to me again!!! I’m STRONGLY recommending that you save your money and get something made in America. The leaf springs are not very tough after they’ve been reforged and this particular blade wasn’t even quenched.
