    Started using this product to help with my brain fog which I struggle with thanks to fibromyalgia and, thanks to getting older, now made worse by perimenopause. I use a teaspoon in my first cup of tea of the day and I can honestly say it has made a genuine difference. Flavour did take a bit of getting used to, but it dissolves well and isn't too bad. I tried another brand as it was slightly cheeper, but it didn't dissolve properly and tasted and smelled ville, so I'll be sticking to this one.
