The item advertised on eBay said there were 2 print cartridges in the box but it came with one cartridge, even though the box said it has 2 cartridges in the box. Just by looking at the size of the box, I already knew the box is not large enough to accommodate 2 cartridges. The seller was good to give me a refund of half the cost. I ordered this cartridge for my husband's printer, and he said that the ink came out was not as solid or vivid as the other genuine HP laser jet cartridge.
