    2014 silverado 1500 6 foot bed. Item fit. Needed a bit of tweaking to get bolts to line up. It came with new hardware but was short 2 bolts, just used the old ones. Ordered on the 27th and was at my doorstep 6 days later on the 3rd. You will need the old tire spare cover, trailer hitch cover and license plate retainer nuts. It makes it easier to remove the 4 bolts to the bed to put new bumper on.
