Ai sensi e nei limiti di cui al Dlgs 22 maggio 1999, n. 185, il Cliente ha diritto, entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce richiesta, di esercitare il diritto di recesso. Tale diritto si applica a tutti i prodotti contenuti nelle aste ebay, con l'esclusione tassativa dei prodotti consegnati sigillati e successivamente aperti dal Cliente. In caso di mancata accettazione del prodotto reso in quanto aperto dal cliente e / o in assenza delle condizioni sopra enunciate, il prodotto verrà rispedito al cliente unitamente al primo ordine successivamente effettuato dal cliente stesso. Nel caso il cliente richieda invece una restituzione immediata le spese di spedizione saranno a suo carico. Le spese di restituzione del bene al mittente restano a carico del Cliente pertanto respingeremo conseguentemente qualsiasi prodotto restituito non imballato o comunque con modalità diverse da quelle sopra specificate, così come i prodotti per i quali non siano state integralmente già pagate dal Cliente le spese di restituzione. Respingeremo altresì qualsiasi prodotto nel caso in cui non siano state rispettate le modalità e i tempi previsti dalla Legge (art. 5 Dlgs 185/99) per la comunicazione dell'esercizio del recesso; o nell'ipotesi in cui il prodotto non sia stato imballato con involucri originali, o non sia completo di ogni accessorio, dei manuali di istruzione e di tutto quanto in origine contenuto.
