    For the life of me, I can't see what is so surly about being direct and to the point. Hello Neal, I'm sorry to hear that it doesn't fit properly. I can tell you with great confidence that it is sized correctly. I have a tool to accurately measure sizes, I also wear a size 7 1/8 and no hat of that size leaves here without going on my head first. You need to go to your eBay purchase history and click on Return>Doesn't fit. Regards, Mike
