When I received my Scooby he was covered in dust indicating it must’ve been removed from its original box before, even though he was sold as “new”. But the seller apologized and said they “didn’t know it was used or opened before” and offered a full refund. I declined since he was otherwise in good condition, and was cleanable. I appreciate the seller’s concerns since I’ve dealt with some real jerks before it was refreshing! Scooby is otherwise in good condition, and so is his box.
