Seller is very polite. Unfortunately, some of the little yellowish plastic retainer pieces on the end of the tappets were broken off (I assume during shipping). I can’t find the plastic pieces anywhere online. I ended up buying some new rocker arms but will use the retainer clips from my old bad ones on these and either resell or use in another car. No hard feelings or anything.
