    The clock arrive on time but my husband noticed that there was a huge crack from top to bottom. The description does state that the clock needs repair but I thought they meant the clock mechanism as the ad did not state that the clock was working. No happy.

    The item was not damaged when packaged it was in as pictured condition. I wish you reached out before leaving me a negative review. I have since reached out to offer a full refund upon seeing the review but have not gotten a response.
