As it was not your fault the USPS mess up the package and that you did the right thing and very much appreciated on the refund.
USPS somehow ripped the box and the item was missing out of the box. I can't believe the postal worker delivered it in the condition and not even put any stickers that it was damaged (see photos). It was not your fault.
