- e***0 (329)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller falsified information and misled customers into buying a "repaired or refurbished" laptop. upon purchase I opened and plugged in. first of all the laptop battery does not hold a charge and clearly flashes to indicate battery is defective. Secondly the laptop randomly turns off and displays error code that the internal system has overheated and forced to shut down. upon being contacted for these issues have given me a bunch of run around statements. We offered to send a new replacement battery or, if preferred, a full refund through our 30-day warranty. The overheating may be linked to the battery issue, which we offered to resolve immediately. While it’s disappointing to see this review after offering solutions, we remain committed to honest and fair service.

Just looking at the print, it is obvious this is a fake Antenna. The connector ised is not what nagoya uses. The tip is just a normal heat shrunk piece instead of the one with Nagoya brand. It is supposed to be a multi band for 144mhz, and 430mhz...not 170mhz and 620mhz. And the swr for 620 is like 2.75:1. No plastic washer came in the packaging.
