Really? Bad feedback because of shipping a helmet in a new manilla envelope with extra padding within the securely taped heavy duty envelope? Wow. Never in 21 years has a helmet been "crushed" in the mail ... and if one ever DID get damaged, I would HAPPILY send a new one to the buyer, free of charge. I guess I will wait 12 months for your feedback to move on so I can keep my perfect rating.
