It appears that due to poor packaging of the item that damage occurred. the item was merely place in a padded envelope which did not offer sufficient protection for the item and as a result a small piece of the item at the front door was broken. As best as I can determine, from the photo, the piece was not shown as broken when the photo was taken. The item is also shown as new. This cannot be correct. Plus I dont understand why the color of the item as recieved is completely different.

There is no category for 3D printed on EBAY , they said to NEW. The color is GRAY as it is stated in the listing and as it is shown in the pictures. If the buyer would have contacted me I would have worked with that person.
