    The product was exactly as advertised, and it was perfect. My biggest complaint is timeliness of shipping. Just because you create a label to it does not mean it’s shipped out if it would’ve been shipped out even within 24 hours of creating a label it would have made it for the date that it was to be gifted, but because it was not the item was four days late over a holiday weekend. Borderline negative feedback because of this.

    I apologize for the long delivery time but this was dropped off within my handling window, what I've been told is that the priority delivery time is not guaranteed. I see that USPS took 7 days to ship this priority mail. On my end the label was created and package prepared on a Sunday (not shipped being a Sunday), dropped off at USPS Monday and showed up scanned on Tuesday. Handling time is 2 business days on all of my listings but I do not know why USPS took that long to deliver it.
