    By default this controller only works from around 6V. If you would like to use it on 5V with SK6812, there is a factory option to bypass the step down converter. You have to move one jumper resistor to a different position, and from then it will work on 5V. This controller is good in software, but it could be much better. Check the images for more infos. I highly recommend this controller for anyone who do DIY LED stuff.
