Il prodotto è arrivato prima del previsto tramite DHL. Imballo con doppio pluriball ma non è stato sufficiente. Aprendo l'imballo dal coperchio sono scesi dei frammenti. Il pomello della tajine era disintegrato. Fatto subito richiesta di rimborso e segnalato con foto il problema ... è stato risolto con rimborso totale dopo diverse mails, e con problemi di chiusura ferie venditore, il 22 agosto. L'articolo non era uguale a quello ordinato ma l'avrei tenuto, bello. Era un regalo. Inutilizzabile.
