All our listings can be freely downloaded from the internet alongside with another listings from similar sellers. You even did not read the description and don’t spend a while to search some info about this software to understand it is not good enough for you (For great repair master). Why you ordered it then? Why you did not download it? Why you even used it if it is crap? :) And you know what? Not everyone has internet or media. And it is very helpful tool in right hands… Not yours, we afraid!

Still being a Linux learner, I couldn’t get this particular OS to work on my laptop, so without any fuss I was was offered a refund on return and then I tried a different one recommended by the seller (a really helpful guy too!) There’s loads of online support for the popular Linux systems, so if you’re new to Linux and can get it working, it will revive an old compatible laptop/PC and make it run like new again..and with current support too!
