Wasn’t thrilled with their shipping practices but customer service was prompt at communicating so I appreciate them addressing my concerns. Pennants are not shipped flat so unless you want to iron the felt to remove creases I’d contact them and see if this is a standard practice the use.

I have no problem flattening them under a Couple of Books for a Day and they look just Fine afterward... Simple and Easy ..
