Pleased to support charity eBay shop but discount code was highlighted but no option to add at checkout. When I pressed the button to checkout, in my mind to go to next stage (screen) to enter the advertised PRELOVED15 code, it completed the transaction which was not my intention. Not happy. This needs looking at. If this was a private seller I would complain.
