This item is as described and I am happy with it. I copied the folders from the DVD to my computer hard drive to make access quicker and more convenient. I opened a few pdf files and had no issue opening them. I would definitely order from this seller again and in fact I have already ordered a couple more DVD's of manuals for other manufacturers from this seller.
