Ai sensi e nei limiti di cui al Dlgs 22 maggio 1999, n. 185, il Cliente ha diritto, entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce richiesta, di esercitare il diritto di recesso. Tale diritto si applica a tutti i prodotti contenuti nelle aste ebay, con l'esclusione tassativa dei prodotti consegnati sigillati e successivamente aperti dal Cliente. In caso di mancata accettazione del prodotto reso in quanto aperto dal cliente e / o in assenza delle condizioni sopra enunciate, il prodotto verrà rispedito al cliente unitamente al primo ordine successivamente effettuato dal cliente stesso. Nel caso il cliente richieda invece una restituzione immediata le spese di spedizione saranno a suo carico.
