Customer was happy with the product they purchased. But they have been trying to get me to make them a different product which I don't offer already which I said I "should" be able to make but haven't been able to yet. Note that they haven't paid me anything to make this other product. But they expect me to do it quickly for them. Try maybe being a little more patient and a bit less entitled?.... 🤷♂️

Me wanting another product made had nothing to do with the reason why I left negative feedback, I left it due to your inability to respond to a simple message. I sent you the same question twice over the space of 2 weeks and you never responded. THAT is why I gave neg fb. I honestly couldn't care less if you couldn't even provide what I enquired about, but when your buyer asks a question which takes 10 seconds to reply to and then it goes unanswered for weeks, the buyer feels ignored. Simple!
