    I gave them the wrong address and the item was shipped back to the seller. Contacted the seller for a re-ship plus shipping fees which I agreed to. They said they would send me a new invoice via e-mail but nothing ever happened. So I never got my manual but paid for it. No contact via e-mail ever happened.

    The buyers order was shipped out a soon as the order was received, but it was returned back to our warehouse by the post office due to invalid address provided by the buyer. Buyer was notified and correct address was provided, The shipment was redelivered and buyer received it.
