The viynl is a bit lighter than genuine Natur Beige leather. The seat is in fair condition. There is substantial UV damage to the vinyl all along the top of the seat, with splitting in the finish. Some of the stitching in this area is split. The rest of the seat is nice. The vinyl has no serious stains, rips, tears, or holes. The cushion is in good condition. The frame has some minor rusting. Details can be viewed in the photos. This is an original BMW part. Guaranteed good working condition.”
