When you leave specs for us to design to-a slip on muffler is NOT a full exhaust. An aftermarket filter is NOT an OEM paper filter replacement from an aftermarket vendor. A full exhaust and aftermarket filter flow more air requiring more fuel, meaning bigger jets, compared to your slip on muffler & factory filter set-up. When you say- “Yes. There are no other issues runs great with other smaller jets. Guess this was just flooding it out” ---we assume the problem is now resolved but it was not?
