Well, in all my time as an eBayer...I came across this shower. Item arrived smelling of mould, so I contacted the seller...this where the fun began, on their advice I retuned it...then no contact so I opened an eBay returns case. So all the information they required regarding return postage etc I provided, after 4 weeks of going back and fourth it was obvious they didn't want to refund me, eBay got on their case, I got my money back and Trading Standards accepted my report.
